A journey in the Alta
Murgia among the history and traditions of an uncontaminated territory in
search of the peace of everyday life in boundless spaces scattered with
historical landscape testimonies with the ancient farms interconnected by
ancient transhumance tracks, which finds its maximum expression in the local
cuisine and in the remains of places inhabited by Neanderthal man, dating back
to a period between 128,000 and 187,000 years ago.
SERVICES
Three days in a
carriage including one overnight stay, board, lodging, guided tours where
necessary, overnight stays almost always in typical farmhouses or country inns,
lunch in the countryside where possible, visits to dairy farms to watch
cheese-making and to wine cellars for wine tasting. .

full tour, fees to be paid 50% on booking and 50% on departure.
